Steve Camden was born and raised in Cincinnati where he graduated from La Salle High School in 1985. He moved to Aurora in 1993 and he and his family continue to live there. Paige Wurtz has lived in South Eastern Indiana/Hidden Valley Lake for 21 years.  Her love for the outdoors helped her create their family owned business called “Four Season’s Estate and Farm Care”, this allows other families to get away! 

Paige is also very involved with the local Quail Ridge Chapter “Women in the Outdoors”, acting as the Event Coordinator.     

For eight years, she co-chaired the HVL Children’s Activity Club, heads a Perfect North Slopes Ski Club and enjoys horses with her daughter in the 4-H. She also promotes health and wellness, enjoys gardening and comes from a family that owns specialty retail stores. 

Paige is married to Bob who is in the construction field and lends a hand with minor repairs for her Real Estate needs, quite often. They have two children, Reid and Chloe, who attend The Sunman Dearborn Schools.  Both are involved in many extracurricular activities around the area.

Michael S. Chapman graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1995.  Since that time, Michael has spent 10 years in the Corporate Purchasing field, where he obtained his Certified Purchasing Manager certification.  Most recently, he has been a project manager for New to Market, Marketing Strategies and specialized in contract negotiations.  Michael currently holds his real estate license in both Indiana and Kentucky.  This enables Michael to provide his clients with a regional approach to Marketing strategies, and a broad base approach for families relocating in the Greater Cincinnati/Tri State area.  Michael’s experience and training lends itself well to the real estate industry where he negotiates in the best interest of his clients in both Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

Searcy was born on a farm just outside of Lawrenceburg, Indiana where she was raised with her twelve siblings.  It was a very artistic and creative upbringing from music to painting, philosophy, raising cattle and breaking horses. 

She left the farm and her Indiana home to join the United States Air Force in October, 1985 just out of high school. After Law Enforcement training in San Antonio, she did her tour of duty in Athens, Greece.  She was honorably discharged from the Air Force after an extended stay of duty in October, 1990.  After her tour in Greece she relocated to Sacramento, California for a short time to explore the land of golden opportunity only to discover that she had left it behind her in Indiana, so to Indiana she returned.

From 1990 until 2002 she toured with her bands across the eastern seaboard achieving the goals set out by her and her fellow band mates, playing guitar and writing music along the way and opening up for such acts as Heart and Foghat to name a few.

In 2002 she started a catering company, “Hava Java Catering”, out of Hava Java Café which is owned by her sister Alicia.   The catering company is still running strong today as is her sister’s coffee shop. 

Searcy owns two off track thoroughbred race horses in a retraining program and one baby Belgian horse in training to ride and show.  Horses are her true passion coupled with her new career in Real Estate.

Searcy recently returned & purchased a home in South Eastern Indiana with its views and scenery of the Ohio River Valley, where she understands the lay of the land and the lovely people that live there.  She has learned much about the business flow in the area thru owning and operating her own business for the last five years and she is looking forward to continuing to service the people in their catering and/or Real Estate needs.

Cindy Rohe has enjoyed a successful Real Estate career in Northern Kentucky since March of 2002. Being a long time resident of Hidden Valley Lake she has decided to join Premier Properties and expand to Indiana.
